We all want peace and happiness in our daily lives. The best way I know how to achieve this- is by being thankful for what we have. If there is any drama in your life- mentally send love to that situation or person every time it comes up in your mind. Fearful thoughts keep us stuck only loving thoughts about all people and situations enable us to get that break through we deserve.
So, when you have fearful or negative thoughts- say cancel clear and delete. Replace them with loving warm thoughts about yourself and others. Affirm that God or the universal source energy knows what you need to grow through your life and all is well in your world.
